Beautiful villa at the northern end of the Costa Blanca close to the resorts of Denia and Javea. Set on a peaceful mountainside overlooking the traditional Spanish town of Pego with spectacular views down to the Mediterranean.
The house has 5 bedrooms - 2 doubles with en suites, 2 twins and one with bunk beds. Large dining room, large living room with a sun room on the side and a large balcony on the front which has amazing views over the town of Pego, miles of orange and lemon groves, and down the valley to the sea - which is a 10 minute drive away.
The house has a pool with large patio around it, and terraced gardens all round the house. There are amazing views from all of the patios and balconies.
Approximately an hour drive on the motorway from either Valencia or Alicante airports which are both serviced by budget airlines from many UK airports so flight prices are very reasonable.
