The caravan is situated on Pine Ridge, plot A39, a scenic area of the park yet only a stroll along the sea front road to the main amenities.Overall a prime spot on the site of the Primrose Valley 5 Star Holiday Park, Nr Filey owned by Haven Holidays.

Master bedroom has a dressing table, wardrobe drawers and over bed storage. 2nd bedroom has twin beds, dressing table, wardrobe and over bed storage. 3rd bedroom has twin beds, wardrobe and over bed storage.
Shower room with toilet has vanity washbasin, good size shower with glass door.
A well-designed kitchen having ample cupboard and workspace with gas cooker, fridge (with small icebox) and a microwave.
Adjacent to the lounge is the dining area, which comprises of a table surrounded by seating for a family.
There is parking at the front of the caravan.
INCLUDED AS STANDARD ARE:
For extra comfort, heating panels are fitted in all bedrooms and shower.
