The cottage is in a terrace of original Coastguard's cottages and enjoys open views of the sea and countryside. Lovingly refurbished in 2007 retaining character features including an original Yorkshire range. There is a wood burning stove for cosy evenings.
An enclosed garden with a summerhouse.
Good walks from the door and dogs are welcome. A short walk down a winding path leads to a sandy beach which extends for 8 miles. There is also a beach side pub serving good food.

A short drive to Staithes, Runswick Bay, Whitby and The North york Moors National Park.
