Transfer mortgage and ownership of a Westgate Resort & Spa 1 week timeshare at Orlando, Florda USA. It's located 5 minutes away from Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World. It's part of the Wstgate Lakes Resort & Spa. Its a Float Week/Float Unit 3 Bedroom Lock-Out (you can separate the apartment into 2 different apartments or weeks). Has 3 bathrooms, jacuzzi, air cond, fully equiped kitchen and laundry, lakeside view and fit more than 8 people. The facilities includes pool, basket, volley and tennis court, kid's club, marketplace, marina, restaurants, spa, etc. The transfer also includes a Westagte Rewards that gives the owner a Bonus Week Certificate that we haven't used and an Interval International Gold Membership due on june 2008.
All monthly mortgage payments (US$384/month) and mantainance fee on time. Bougth it May 2007 and 10 years mortgage (paid 11 months already).
The price (US$600) is to pay all the legal fees for the ownership transfer.
