For standard UK delivery the maximum length we can deliver will be to fit 3 metre high ceiling for one standard delivery cost. We can supply a pole to fit to 3.6 metre high ceiling to the whole of the mainland UK , additional fees will apply and there may be a slight delay with dispatch. Maximum length we can send outside UK is 2.74 metres. Postage prices outside mainland UK will vary according to destination.
To order a Pole Delights Pole you need to carefully measure the height from floor to ceiling of your chosen room in both centimeters and inches. We will supply you with a removable pole, unless you request fixed fittings.
Once we have received your payment and exact measurements, we aim to get your pole cut and booked in for collection the next day. Once collected the courier offers next day for most UK deliveries. If you experience any problems with your pole we offer full after sales support.
