Bedroom(s): 3 double bedrooms comprising of master bedroom with King size bed and dual aspect balconies with spectacular views over the valley, two further double bedrooms each with access to a balcony. The master bedroom shares a balcony with both of the other bedrooms. There is also a small pine table and 6 chairs available for use on the master balcony.
All bedrooms have bespoke specifically designed bedroom furniture to maximise storage and space. Each bedroom has a portable colour flat screen TV with remote control.
Bathroom: A spacious bathroom with full size bath and shower attachment over, basin, heated towel rail and toilet. A further separate toilet is available on the first floor with hand washbasin.
Downstairs there is a shower room with shower enclosure, hand basin and further toilet.

The entire area is renowned for its stunning natural beauty. In the summer it is just as appealing and is a perfect destination for mountain hikers, mountaineers, and anyone who loves nature and the outdoor life. Various excursions are available in both the summer and winter.
There is an attractive meandering river within a one-minute walk of the chalet, which can also be seen from the balconies. From the balconies there are superb panoramic views of the area.

What’s included?
Basically everything will be included although my lawyer and accountant may wish to determine a price for the chalet and a price for the furniture etc, to be agreed between the purchasers and the seller at a later date.
