Spanish properties made easy
Want to buy a property in Spain but don’t want the hassle of buying abroad? We aim to make the process of finding your property as easy as possible. We are totally independent, so we are not connected to any estate agent. Because of this, we can search for the best property for your needs, not the property that the estate agent wants to sell you. When you tell us what type of property you want and where, we will go and look for the most suitable properties available. When we visit these properties, we will make a video that we can email to you, so that you have a good feel for the property before you visit it. Obviously, if you like what you see, you will want to see the property for yourself. We will meet up with you when you arrive and show you the properties. Hopefully you will like what you see and buy one of the properties. We will help you with any translation problems, paperwork involved in the purchase. You get a great property and you don’t pay us anything. We take our fee from the estate agent as we have effectively done his job for him.
