Ideal holiday accommodation for 2/3 people, the house is a converted barn complete with a wood/turf-burning stove. It is available for weekends and longer rentals.
Connected to the mainland by a bridge, Cruit Island offers wonderful coastal scenery, with a great variety of spectacular sandy beaches, cliffs and rocky shoreline allowing a host of outdoor activities such as walking, fishing and boating. It also boasts a 9-hole golf course which has gained a reputation as one of the best in Europe (clubs are available). And for the evening there are a number of cosy pubs and seafood restaurants to choose from.
The island is easily reached from London, with a local airport 15 minutes drive, and also 1.5 hours from Derry airport which is serviced by Ryanair. Car hire is available at both airports.
