Trainee/Graduate .NET Developer Experience Requirements:
* Excellent ability to liaise with Management and Clients
* IT Degree educated from a premier institute
* A minimum 6 months commercial experience using VB.Net & ASP.Net
* Needs to demonstrate a passion for Microsoft development technologies (i.e University, Work, Personal achievement)
* A team player with a positive and a flexible attitude
* Superior communication skills (written & verbal) with a strong business focus
* Preference will be given to candidates with outstanding influencing skills as the ability to manage change is critical
Key responsibilities of the role are as given under:
* Development and maintenance of websites
* Analyze, design, document, program, test and implement system
* Deal directly with the business and the clients for requirement gathering purposes
* Maintaining strong relationships within IT and other departments
* Support the mid and senior level developers on multiple projects
